Terra Lana takes its name from the Latin words terra, meaning earth, and lana, meaning wool.
The name sums up Terra Lana's philosophy - to manufacture a range of the highest quality building and household products from natural wool and wool-based materials, leaving minimal impact on the environment.

From its inception in 1999,  Terra Lana has concentrated on the development of ecologically-sound industrial and consumer products manufactured from pre-consumer recycled textile fibres.  These raw materials are sourced from local spinning, knitting, textile and garment industries.

Terra Lana Products Ltd have developed the Chatterblock range of acoustic infills

CHATTERBLOCK is designed for use in inter-tenancy walls and floors and works by reducing sound build up within the cavity - thereby increasing the sound barrier properties of the system.

CHATTERBLOCK 1250 has been classified as having - High Flow Resistivity.

CHATTERBLOCK 580 has been classified as having Medium Flow Resistivity.

Manufactured for Wool/Polyester CHATERBLOCK is clean and safe to use and requires no special safety apparatus.
